4.      Are the Leads 100% Exclusive?

Live transfer Leads are 100% exclusive, which means they are sold to you and only you. This has a high closing ratio over semi exclusive live transfer Leads. Although to save money for brokers, Impressive Leads sell Internet Leads and verified leads on also semi exclusive basis.

6.      Can I filter the leads from any state or any customer filter I want?

Yes you can. We deliver leads from all 50 states. You can choose any state(s) for your leads. There are several customer filters you can choose to make the loan quicker and easier.

• Interest rate filter, you can buy leads with Interest rate even more than 7%.
• LTV, leads with LTV as low as 80%
• Credit score. Leads with credit above 560 or other options.
• Mortgage balance can also be filtered.

7.      What is the minimum order for getting started?

In order to give you a good idea on quality and closing ratio we suggest you to start up with at least 50 leads as a broker and 25 leads as a loan officer. Although the minimum order is 25 Leads.  

8.      What kind of performance I can expect from these Leads?

Our Leads are showing an average closing ratio of 15% - 30%.
